Sake My Life
Hana-hato Kijo Nama Nigori Sake
Enoki Shuzo, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture
As soon as the cork is opened, the aroma is gorgeous. It is as if you are in a sake brewery. The liquid level is carefully controlled as it wells up...
Even after pouring it into a glass, the bubbles that bubble up are lovely. The word "shwashuwa" is used to describe carbonation, but this sake is "juwajuwa.
It is thick and very sweet. However, the sizzle eliminates any unnecessary acidity, leaving only the sensation of sweetness and deliciousness. It leaves only the sensation of "sweet and tasty!
The previous sake I had, "Harvest Festival," also uses "Koi Momiji," a sake rice. I am curious about this sake rice.
I will have it with stir-fried pork cutlets and bean sprouts.
Please try it.
