Gorgeous aroma right after opening the bottle. It makes me want to punch myself for being so preoccupied with Junmai. The wonderful aroma due to the brewer's skill is a direct hit.
The mouthfeel reaches the throat quickly and easily. The sharpness is like ripples on the surface of the water. The aroma and a little bit of alcohol also penetrate the nose. It is a new genre of "ooze" that has been created. Because of its gentle sharpness, I wondered whether to match it with oily food.
I drank it with fresh baby sardines (ginger and soy sauce).
