I went to the sake shop to get some Hiyaoroshi, but they didn't have what I was looking for, and I've never had Moribari before, so I bought it.
The aroma is not flashy, and the mouthfeel is slightly gassy, but it has an acidity like lactic acid.
This sourness makes me feel sour depending on what I eat.
It was the impression that the delicacy can be said to be typical of Kyoto.

It's not surprising that local sake breweries don't drink much 😁💦.
The one I wanted was Kuroryu's Autumn Agari, but it wasn't in stock yet😂.
