[Tsuchida, Ikarashikomi, brewed in 2019]
This is a sake brewed by Tsuchida Shuzo in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. They had a lot of different kinds of test brewings, but I didn't drink any of them, and I was just too curious!
The mouthfeel is a little punchy. It's a little punchy on the palate, but it's easy to drink even though it says it's made with traditional yeast mash. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's a well-made sword.

A sake brewed by Kuribayashi Shuzo in Misato-machi, Akita Prefecture, one of the NEXT 5! First Misato Nishiki!
Fresh when you drink it, it's incredibly crisp but with just a hint of rice sweetness. Overall, it is a very beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's a pure raw girl. It is wrapped in gentleness. I'd like to drink it with my girlfriend who doesn't like alcohol. It's delicious... 👑

The nose is a little grape like. The mouthfeel is that of an unfiltered sake. The white wine taste spreads when it goes through the nose. The aftertaste goes away smoothly. This is easy to drink. This sake is brewed by Kamenoi Sake Brewery in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. I've never had Yondanjikomi except for Sesshomune. The taste is young.
