Slightly carbonated but silky mouthfeel. The ginjo aroma has a lactic acidity and a deep blue aroma like melon. The aftertaste is sour and spreading slowly, but there is also bitterness!
I like this one a lot 🍶⛄️
Ichinenfudo Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu -TABIBITO
This sake is brewed by Sekiya Shuzo in Shitara-cho, Aichi Prefecture. The brewer of Houraisen, this tabibito is a limited edition product available only at four stores nationwide!
It has a soft sweetness, but it cuts through quickly and is well-balanced and delicious. ✨️🍶
Wakamusume tropical BunBun
The unfiltered, unfiltered, unfiltered sake has a gorgeous ginjo aroma that reminds one of tropical fruits. The taste is not too sweet and is very easy to drink!
As someone who started out with sake like this, I'm very happy 🍶.
I still love it 😂.
【Kawanakajima Genmai Ginjo】.
The one from Chino. I am always indebted to him.
The aroma on the rise is slightly sweet. The entrance is like water. The ginjo aroma is a mellow sweet aroma unique to Genmai. The aftertaste and lingering aftertaste are also slightly sweet. It started from this gentle sweetness of Genmai Ginjo. From the old days to the new.
[Akatake AIR]
The SEA I had last year was seriously good, so this year it's AIR!
It has a frothy taste, a light gleefulness, and a thin aftertaste. I really love the Akatake!
【Haneya Ginjo Shiboritate Raw
This sake is brewed by Tomibikiku Shuzo in Toyama City. I like Haneya.
The aroma on the rise is fruity. The mouthfeel is a little fresh and oh, so beautiful. The ginjo also has a gentle sweetness. It disappears without leaving any footprints. It reminds me of the scenery of Toyama... I want to go there again. Ryokan
[Tsuchida, Ikarashikomi, brewed in 2019]
This is a sake brewed by Tsuchida Shuzo in Kawaba Village, Gunma Prefecture. They had a lot of different kinds of test brewings, but I didn't drink any of them, and I was just too curious!
The mouthfeel is a little punchy. It's a little punchy on the palate, but it's easy to drink even though it says it's made with traditional yeast mash. The aftertaste is refreshing. It's a well-made sword.
[Harukaze Flower Label Junmai
A sake brewed by Kuribayashi Shuzo in Misato-machi, Akita Prefecture, one of the NEXT 5! First Misato Nishiki!
Fresh when you drink it, it's incredibly crisp but with just a hint of rice sweetness. Overall, it is a very beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, I'd say it's a pure raw girl. It is wrapped in gentleness. I'd like to drink it with my girlfriend who doesn't like alcohol. It's delicious... 👑
[Kouei Chrysanthemum, Twilight Orange]
Next is Kouei Kiku! It's low alcohol.
The nose is a little grape like. The mouthfeel is that of an unfiltered sake. The white wine taste spreads when it goes through the nose. The aftertaste goes away smoothly. This is easy to drink. It has a deep taste but it is smooth. It's like drinking sparkling sake. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but I think it's a good idea.
[Kudokiri, Jr.'s Himitsu]
This sake is brewed by Kamenoi Sake Brewery in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture. I've never had Yondanjikomi except for Sesshomune. The taste is young.
The mouthfeel is young. The ginjo aroma is like a pear. But as the aftertaste increases, the sweet and sour taste increases. But the aftertaste is refreshing. It is very delicious from the first glass! Ryo
[Ibi, parallel fermentation, fermentation in a chain]
This is the one I saw on Twitter and thought it was nice. I had an unopened bottle opened.
If I had to compare it to something like lychee or raspberry, I'd say it's more of a citrus berry type. No words are needed to describe how good it tastes.
[Ferryboat No. 2]
I've been curious about this one for a long time!
The aroma is fruity, the mouthfeel is elegant, and the ginjo scent is light. But the aftertaste is crisp and dry, and the acidity comes through in the aftertaste. No, it's delicious!
[v Junmai Ginjo]
This sake is brewed by Watanabe Shuzo in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture.
The aroma is fruity, the mouthfeel is clean, the ginjo aroma is slightly sweet, and the rice flavor spreads. The aftertaste is not so much rice flavor, and the lingering aftertaste spreads easily. It is delicious!
[Ichidai Yayama Special Junmai
This sake is brewed by Chugoku Jozo in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture.
It has a juicy taste from the mouth, and the aftertaste and lingering aftertaste continue at all. The old men around me said, "This is good! Sweet taste! No wonder the old men around me were saying "This is good!
[Shiraoi Hatsu Shibori Namazake]
Shiraoi again!
The youthfulness spreads keenly on the palate, but the aroma that passes through the flowers is fragrant like bamboo. The aftertaste is smooth. Goes well with sea bream sashimi!
[Tenpui Akaiwa Omachi Shibitate Nama Sake
Finally, I could drink this Tenbu!
It's fresh on the palate, with a light Gräfle feel of Kôei Kiku or something similar coming through the flowers. It is the best of the best.
[Shiraoi Junmai Ginjo Senbon Nishiki]
Sake from Tokoname. I wonder if this kuramoto is all right... I'm rooting for you!
The mouthfeel is youthful. The ginjo aroma is fruity for a moment, but soon disappears. From the aftertaste, there's a slight bitterness and a refreshing coexistence. Ah, it's delicious! Ryo
