My parents bought it for me as a souvenir. This is a place that puts a lot of effort into its domaine, isn't it? The initial aroma is rice-like. The nose is sweet and smooth on the tongue, but as you swallow it, you can smell some alcohol. The aftertaste is sharp and tangy. The more you drink, the more you can taste the umami of the rice. I think it goes better with everyday fish dishes (simmered or sashimi) than on its own.
