Hiya Oroshi It has a fruity, melon-like mouthfeel, and although it is dry, it is not dry or difficult to drink, which is characteristic of dry wines. It is not sweet, but has a delicious flavor. 4/5

Refreshingly sweet from the first sip. Sweet and refreshing, like calpis. Might be good after dinner, a little too sweet for me personally. 3/5

Summer Junmai Dry and refreshing, but not too dry or ricey, and easy to drink. Goes well with strong flavored meals. 3/5

Collage Junmai Ginjo It has a strong umami and acidity, so it feels a little dry, but it is refreshing and light, like rum and cider. It tastes like rice. It is stored in the refrigerator at home, so it may not be in such a good condition. I can see why it is good as a food sake.
