It's low alcohol, so it's easy to drink outside.
I imagined it would have a more gorgeous aroma, but it is surprisingly simple and tasty, betraying my preference in a good way.
Is this the effect of the four-stage glutinous rice brewing process?
It is a great all-around sake that is delicious chilled, at room temperature, warmed, served with food, or on its own.
