Drinking at home. I found it at a nearby supermarket and bought it without a second thought. When I opened the bottle, I could smell the sweet melon aroma. As you drink it, the sweetness spreads and then the sourness comes and goes. It was a superb drink.

Drinking at home. A gift from my son who lives in my hometown, Okazaki. A beautifully carbonated drink that leaks out carbon dioxide gas when opened. At first, there is a sourness and sweetness from the carbonation. Then the spiciness comes and disappears. It was a delicious drink.

Drinking at home. Since I worked without Christmas, I received a Christmas present for myself. Not sake anymore, but a nice white wine. Pleasant acidity and sweetness. ⁉️ It is a good white wine, but it is not a Japanese sake anymore. I knew Niimasa was good.

Drinking at home. Continuing from earlier, I found and bought a sake I wanted to buy for the end of the year. We compared it with our favorite Saku and Masanotomo Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo. Both were more delicious than expected, with a perfect combination of aroma, flavor, acidity, and spiciness.

It is not very fruity, but the spiciness comes and the sweetness comes in the aftertaste. It is a delicious drink.

The first Eiko-Fuji. This is a limited edition sake made from Setsuwakamaru, a new variety from Yamagata. First comes the sweetness, then the umami, spiciness, and acidity, which quickly disappear. The aroma and umami show the characteristics of edible rice. It reminds me of Sumiyoshi, which I used to drink a long time ago. It is a delicious drink.
