Today is a day off, and we are shopping for sake.
The first sake I chose was Tobiroki's Black Label Junmai Ginjo.
I had this when I visited my wife's parents' home in Fukushima Prefecture, and I liked it.
It started with spiciness and umami, followed by sourness and then faded away.
It is a good sake as a food sake.
