Today's sake is from Fukushima, given to me by my brother.
It is an Adatara ginjo sake from Okunomatsu, not a junmai (pure rice) sake, but an arugose sake.
My first impression is that it is a food sake with a spiciness and umami flavor.
It is a delicious sake that cuts cleanly.
