Fruity aroma like grapes with sweet and sour taste. It is a sparkling active sake, but the opening is gentle. It is easy to drink with sweet and sour taste and good gasiness. As you drink it, it starts to feel dry. Easy to drink and delicious.

San-do 2024 Yamadanishiki 6 Nozomaki San-do is known for its abundance of gas in its raw sake. It has a gorgeous aroma. Gorgeous, sweet and sour, like ripe green apple aroma 🍏. A sense of popping gas. The first sip is sweet and spicy, like cider. It can feel rather dry... Bitter taste in a crisp and refreshing taste. Combined with the 13% alcohol content, it is very easy to drink 🥰.

Shinsei Sake Brewery Shinsei Colors Ash Suiboku 2024 They said they had 3 bottles in stock at the time, and we had the super luck to go there first thing in the morning and they changed it 👍. The quantity seems to be decreasing because the rice is not melting due to the recent heat wave. The aroma is gorgeous, elegant, and lychee-like. The first sip was sweet and sour and light on the palate. I couldn't help but exclaim how delicious it was 😋. The lingering aftertaste that you keep feeling is also a wonderful presentation 🥰.
