Continued from yesterday Ryujinmaru Daiginjyo Nama Sake 40 The aroma was still there from the middle of yesterday, but it has increased after some time. The aroma is elegant and melon-like. Sweetness, umami, and a complex flavor that comes through later. It tastes even better than yesterday. I tried drinking it in an oinokuchi (sake cup) and it was good, so I warmed it up to lukewarm. It is also delicious 🥰. I'll buy it again 😆.

Sairai Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Usukiri The second of two bottles I bought. Aroma like pear 🍐. Sweet, gassy and fresh. The umami spreads a little later. Kangiku OCEAN 99 Series Shiraginoumi Snow Sea Nigori Unfiltered Nama-shu Junmai Daiginjo The aroma has an acidity like that of ramune. Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-jyu Hitogochi from the terraced rice fields of Inakura Sake I've always wanted to try. This is a product that will be on priority sale to Hanpukai members at the sake shop starting this month 🥰. We're so excited to open the bottle 👍. Actually, I accidentally tipped it when I was replacing it the other day😱. I hope it's ok because it spilled 🥲. It has an elegant aroma like muscat. It's gassy and sweet and delicious all at once. It's fresh and vibrant 🤗. I think I can feel the second wave of spiciness and bitterness when I feel the sharpness is good. Easy to drink, not at all like the 16% alcohol content 🥰.

寫楽 Junmai Ginjyo Nagoshizake - One time heating When we think of 寫楽, the overall image is one of sweetness. If you think so... The sweetness is definitely present in the aroma. But it is mild and refreshingly fruity. Even when you drink it, the sweetness is still mild. It has a matured feeling. The umami is strong. Bitterness that can be felt afterwards. And it's really delicious with a nice sharpness. And then I thought about the heated Bizen Omachi sake we had the other day. This was also... So I warmed it up to lukewarm. It has a warm and gentle aroma. It has a deeper umami, matured and sweeter taste than cold sake. Maybe it's better warmed... I'll try raising the temperature a little more today 😆.

Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki The aroma is as one would expect from Hanamup. It is gorgeous, elegant, and voluminous. It has a pineapple-like aroma. There are not many HANA-UP bottles that come in a four-pack. It has a rich sweetness and umami. I can't get enough of the way it passes through my nose 😍. I can't tell you how many times I've had a glass of this 🥰. It's a delicious and sharp sake that you won't get tired of drinking 😆.
