It has been a long time since I have tasted Tobiroki.
The aroma is gorgeous, elegant, and clean, like muscat.
The first sip is full of umami and rushes through at once.
The taste is still good even after another sip. It is a mid-palate. The lingering aftertaste is also very strong. I haven't had it for more than half a year, but it is definitely delicious 🥰.
