From the feeling I had yesterday, I wondered if it could be heated 🤔....
I thought 🤔.... I tried heating it up.
Heating up 寫楽. It takes courage lol.
The aroma is like heated rice with a sense of fullness 🌾.
It's not fruity, but more of a rice-like umami.
It shows a totally different expression.
And cold.
The same gentle and elegant aroma.
The sweetness and umami are both strong. The bitterness in the aftertaste may have subsided a bit.

Slight and gentle sweetness. Good mouthfeel. Moderate umami. Bitterness that can be felt afterwards.
It is a good balance and really tasty, though it seems to be in contrast to Akaban Omachi.
