A tasting on a trip to Shiga. It cost just under 1,400 yen at Friend's Mart. Asakayousei impressed us with the junmai sake we drank in February. This time it is a junmai ginjo. It is delicious. ‼️ Sake from Omi is never a miss... The balance of fruitiness, umami and sweetness.... I can't get enough of it. It scores 100 points.

First Kyushu sake since I started this app. A four-pack bottle at Kakuyasu for just under 1,200 yen. More powerful flavor and sweetness than expected. I bought it to fill in the map, but it is quite tasty. I found a good sake.

A four-pack of sake at Daiei for 1,280 yen. It was a bargain, but it was a famous sake. My first impression was that it was extremely elegant. However, it comes with a solid umami flavor. In a good sense, it has no habits, so it is a sake that goes well with any kind of food. It was a good purchase. ☺️

A four-pack of sake at Yamaya for about 680 yen. It has the mouthfeel of a true sake. And it is clean and mellow. It is quite cost-effective. ❗️ My personal impression is that the sake manju from Kihachisu Sohonpo came to mind: ☺️

It was given to me some time ago as a gift from my hometown. It is a sake with a sharp taste, but with sweetness and umami coming through. It seems to go well with all kinds of snacks. It has been quite a long time since it was made, so even if it is not at its original potential, it tastes satisfying. ❗️

About 260 yen at Lawson. It was the beginning of Golden Week, but fortunately, I came home on time off. I had no choice but to drink. It was cheaper than the regular sized one, so I bought it. I had a stereotype that one-cup drinks are not so good, but when I drank it, I found it to be heavy, tasty, and full of flavor. I guess you can't really know the truth of anything until you try it. It's delicious. ☀️

About 1,000 yen at a nearby SATAKE. It is a sake from the Watanabe Sake Brewery of Hourai, which is delicious even when alsoused. Probably a normal sake. It has a rich and umami taste derived from rice, but it does not leave a strong impression on the palate. I think my taste buds have become more discerning.
