It was about 1,000 yen at Friend's Mart.
When you put it in your mouth, you will be hit with a rich rice flavor and umami.
The subtle bitterness is accented with a wonderful finish.
I was able to reconfirm my affinity for Shiga sake.

Asakayousei impressed us with the junmai sake we drank in February.
This time it is a junmai ginjo.
It is delicious. ‼️
Sake from Omi is never a miss...
The balance of fruitiness, umami and sweetness....
I can't get enough of it.
