At a tasting at Yamacho Sake Shop. I found a low-alcohol, easy-to-drink 🍶. I bought a bottle of it because I was sure I would drink it up soon. The bottle was opened with a pop. I had previously tried Morishima Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake😋 and liked it so much that I went looking for a place that carried it for the first time. I watched a video on YouTube explaining how to open a Daishinshu sparkling. It said that if you open it normally, it will blow out 1/3 of the bottle and lose it😄. I don't feel the blowing momentum I was expecting😅. Stored at 2 degrees Celsius, apparently I cooled it too much. Not much aroma.
