To everyone at Sake no Wa,
I look forward to working with you again this year 🙇.
Purchased at Iori's booth at the 23rd Hankyu Brewer's Festival
When I tasted it, I found it to be more rich and deep than the Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a fuller and deeper flavor than Junmai Daiginjo,
Very delicious 😋.
Junmai Daiginjo is of course
Junmai Daiginjo is of course refreshing and delicious,
but I prefer this one.
When you drink both, you can feel a slight difference,
I looked at it carefully, it seems to be the last bottle,
I put a bottle in my shopping cart without thinking,
I also bought a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo for delivery!
My wife started booing next to me😅.
(Christmas 🎄 present 🎁 gone, but I don't care... I don't care... 😁)
Nice aroma of sweet ginjo, not too strong on the nose 😄.
Slightly sweet umami on the palate with a hint of soft acidity to accompany.
and a soft acidity that accompanies it 🎁.
The acidity is gentle and soft.
The acidity is gentle and soft
like a thin film of sourness,
Immediately after finishing, the gentle acidity with a hint of bitterness
The acidity is gentle and soft, with a hint of bitterness 😆.
It was delicious 😋😋.
Thank you 😋😋.
