パパゴン
Following the Junmai Ginjo we had a while ago
This time it is Junmai Daiginjo.
Here are my impressions after 3 days of opening the bottle😄
Sweet and elegant aroma in the glass!
When you take a sip
A large amount of umami flowed into the mouth from a slight bitter sourness.
The bitter acidity is slightly bitter and the umami flavor flows into the mouth.
The mix of sourness and spiciness with a slightly more bitter taste comes and fades out.

The lingering pungency lingers on the tip of the tongue and at the throat 😊.
Mixed with the breath through the nose when you finish the drink,
The lingering aroma is pleasant 🤭.
Junmai Ginjo was good too,
I'm really glad I bought both 😄.
I'm really glad I bought both 😄.
Ian has less spiciness, which I personally don't like,
It's really good 😋😋.

Thank you very much for the food 😋😋.

Hi ma-ki-😃
I'm sure it's delicious 😃.
I'm just indecisive about these two 😄
I don't recommend 😅
It's not easy to compare one bottle with another 😅.
I'm looking forward to your comparison post 😄.
