This is
Sake made with "Hyakudas" 🍶.
Immediately after opening the package, the aroma was hard to detect.
But 4 days later, I tried it.
The aroma in the glass was sweet and nice...
When you put it in your mouth
Gentle sweetness of rice and
the soup base of overflowing umami flavor.
A veil of soft and gentle acidity with a hint of bitterness.
The acidity can be felt only in the throat,
Easy to drink 😋.
The acidity is not strong, but it is felt every time you finish the drink,
It resets and does not leave you with a sweet taste,
