It's getting colder, and since it's been so I pulled out my tools for heating sake I pulled out the tools to heat up the sake, (This is the second time I've heated sake). (This is the second time for me to try heating up sake. I was told by the toji (master brewer) who came to the Takashimaya event last year that he would drink it in a wine glass. I asked Mr. Toji, who was at an event at Takashimaya last year, about this sake, I asked the master brewer who came to the Takashimaya event last year what kind of sake has a good aroma because it is drunk in a wine glass, He told me that he was good at heating sake. I was interested in heated sake, so I bought the recommended one 😄. It finally got cold, so I decided to give it a try 😁. The recommendation is for lukewarm heating 🍶, so I decided to try it out 😁. I also warmed the sake bottle separately beforehand 😄... The aroma is a little alcoholic, The aroma is sweet and delicious with a hint of sourness 🤭. When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and tasty flavor is so full of flavor. The sourness is accompanied by a sourness. This sourness is like a condiment made from grated autumn leaves, and it enhances the umami exquisitely 😆 😆. Uma~🥰! So delicious 😋 I could drink it chibi chibi forever I could drink it forever 😊.
