My boss gave me this 🍶😊 as a souvenir from his trip to Tohoku. I had stocked it carefully though, It's October 1st and I opened it 😄. The inside of the glass has a nice aroma of rice 🤭. When I put it in my mouth First, a clear, sweet flavor spreads through the mouth. Then, the sweet flavor spreads smoothly, Then, it has a clear, refined, and angular taste, The whole wine is enveloped by a soft acidity like veal. There is a slight bitterness, but it is not It is not that bothersome. Delicious 😋 This is my first time drinking sake here, but it was very delicious 🍶. It was very tasty 🤭. But lately it's been so hot and humid that I tend to get carried away😅. For the sake event that is about to start Sake 🍶 is also on the way 😄(to save space) On the back of the label, there is a recommended temperature range. Since it's so special, 0℃ to the recommended temperature, I let it sit in the glass for a while. The aroma was very nice. It was very delicious! New sake is really delicious 😊. Ozeki, Nihon Zakari, Hakutsuru, Kiku-Masamune, etc. I didn't know that it was in Hyogo Prefecture 😅 I never knew that before. （I never had a chance to drink any of the major companies. I'm glad I had a chance to try them all 😋. Now, this is another sake brewery that I've never met before. This time, I chose one of the major breweries. I was told that they donate to underprivileged youth. The bottle has a number on it. I chose this one😄. This one also had a nice fragrance. Right after opening the bottle, you can smell the good aroma. In the mouth Mild bitter acidity with a hint of sweetness. Good balance of sweetness and sweetness, very tasty! But...right after this event, I was so relieved to finally be released from this situation 😄. Finally, I can breathe a sigh of relief 😄. Well, this is a sake brewery that I've never seen before. Since I was so happy to see you, I bought it. The jacket was nice and the aroma was good. It smells great right after opening the package. The supernatant liquid alone is very acidic, When I shake the bottom clear liquid, the sourness becomes milder and sweeter. The sourness is mild and well balanced with the sweetness. Well, I'll buy it 🤭. Inside the glass Nice and refreshing aroma.
