I wanted to eat good soba noodles, so I went there for lunch. It's SENKOURI! I ordered it without reading it carefully, but it was nigori sake. But it was a handsome handsome sake with a cute name like "Yukidaruma. I definitely prefer soba noodles with a buckwheat noodle. And this nigori sake goes well with cod and albacore tempura.

Collaboration sake between Yamawa and Hakurakusei. We were allowed to compare a fire-brewed and a draft sake, though they are the same. It's interesting because the flavors are completely different ✨. I also liked the gradation of the bottle ✨.

I went to the supermarket on New Year's Eve and found a different assortment than usual. I found Hakurakusei, which a junior colleague of mine said she liked, so I decided to have it for the last time this year. Tsuchida Sake Brewery that I was interested in when I traveled to Gunma. I gave up buying it on the trip because I didn't have just the right size. I went to a nearby liquor store and found Tsuchida, so I bought it! I wanted to try "Shin Tsuchida," but they only had bottles of it... I was worried that a bottle was too much. I bought a 4-gou bottle of the research brew. The one with "strong aroma" was DATA.19. There are 18~23 types at the brewery. The "research brew" is based on Shin Tsuchida, to which various yeasts are added to check the difference in taste. It was delicious. (This is all I can say 😂) Wish I could compare the drinks!

After drinking a few bottles, when I told him that I like "gorgeous type", he recommended "Taishinshu". I had it while remembering that a person in Nagano said, "You should try Taishinshu sometime..." (^^) Gorgeous! Easy to drink! The sake cups and plates are so cute, I want to collect them too!

I have been wanting to visit Ikebukuro's "Inamizuiki Amaterasu" for a long time. There are many famous places in the store, and I wanted to drink many different kinds of drinks and get lost in them. Since I had ordered sashimi, I had the "Tenmei" Amaterasu Original as a recommendation to go with it. I had the "Tenmei" Amaterasu Original. It goes well with sashimi! A fusion of dry and sweet? I heard it won the first prize at the Fukushima sake fair. It was very delicious!

(Reflection post) I was going to buy my usual Shichiken at the supermarket I usually go to, but then I saw the words "Autumn, the ban is lifted"! I bought some skunk cabbage and told the owner that I would go back tomorrow to compare and buy more, and the owner of the liquor store said, "These are for tasting, but there are only a few left, so I'll give them to you!
