Today it's standard drunken whale. I remember having a GINRI before and it was good... but I was pretty drunk at the time. So it's revenge.
It has a nice aroma and mildness of rice, but it's not sweet, it's refreshing. It's like water while retaining the good parts of the rice...it's great! It makes my food (prepared food from Lawson) go well. I'm a sucker for sweet, but if it's this dry, I'd take it every day!
In fact, this is a sake recommended by a friend of mine at university (I recently asked my friends for their recommendations and I think that the recommendations of people of my age group have no slips. The recommendation series of Suu-Poyo acquaintance will continue from now on.
