I went to my local Yamaya and found it on sale. I drank Jinyo before and was like, "This is my go-to sake! I remember thinking that I was going to buy it😌 I have a weakness for seasonal labels... The previous normal(?) It is easy to drink and refreshing, but this one is also very refreshing. It has the same soft and elegant aroma, but with more bitterness and sourness, it's even more enjoyable! When I used to drink Yamahai in the past (before I was awakened to sake...) I thought it wasn't my favorite, but this is good! I bought the 720ml but it's going to run out soon. I'm getting a can of chicken skin in miso for the sake. It's a rich and heavy snack, but it's a drink to match! The best drink to go with a meal is the best 🥰 (my theory) 🥰

I was asked at the restaurant what kind of sake goes with grilled meat. I asked, "I recommend the fourteenth generation! So I asked for it, but it was out of stock. He introduced me to this sake from the same brewery. It was sweeter and juicier than the first grandchild I had before this one. I've always had the impression that Honjozo is a very alcoholic brew, but I didn't feel that this one was too alcoholic. But if you're going to drink it with meat, you might as well drink it with your first grandchild. (Personally.)

It's been a really long time since we've eaten out. I had this drink with grilled Yamagata beef.... It was slightly sweet and heavy and balanced well with the meat. It was delicious!

My first grandchild was born in September, so I'm curious about this one 🎶.

Good evening, old man! Congratulations on that! 🎉 First grandchild has a strong rice flavor that makes you feel dusty when you drink it, which I think is perfect for the festive atmosphere 🥰.

I forgot to post this one when I first drank it too... I haven't had it in about 4 days and it doesn't seem to taste that much different. Anyway, it's easy to drink, it's gorgeous and delicious, both aromatic and sweet! It's quite my favorite. It has a decent kick to it, so I won't get tired of drinking it as I go along. I'm registering this as one of my favorite brands~! It was gone in no time at all 😉

I was curious about this beautiful gold-colored sake, so I bought it at an antenna shop in Shimbashi. What a mess on the table! Not today, please... It's crisp and spicy and astringent, but there's a gorgeous flavor to the base that's interesting! It's a unique drink. It's a great way to get your mouth watering! I think it goes better with a lightly flavored snack. I chose this saké from among 3 or 4 other sakes available, but I'd like to try a Junmai or Junmai Daiginjo next😌

I drank it on Monday and forgot to post it. I took a batch of pictures lol I drank the rest today and this is my opportunity to post. The first time I drank it, it was nice and milky, mellow and delicious! Hmmm, the first taste is more to my liking! It's still delicious today, though! Calamity proceeds!

The pattern on the cups is retro good! Junmai in a cup is a bit unusual, isn't it? I don't think I've seen much of it.... The taste is ripe and umami, and the sweetness and alcohol crispness is refreshing. The balance of each flavor is perfect 😍 It goes well with light tempura such as squid and kisu! I just looked at the official Heavenly Door website and the lineup is amazing and I want to try the others! Buy one to suit your taste...😎

Beiyuki, actually, a drink I've always been curious about! Like yesterday, I took a sip of this one and thought, "Okay, I'll let it sit for a bit..." and that's how I got here today. As I said, this one is also mellowing out to my liking, while still retaining its weight/stimulation! I wanted to compare it with the Tsururei...(I drank it all the way through). It has more of its original character. I was told it goes well with meals, but I think it's also delicious on its own😌. I bought today's Hokusetsuki, yesterday's Tsururei and persimmon seeds at Nespas (Niigata's antenna shop) in Omotesando, and I also bought Igoneri. I haven't opened it yet, but I'll try it together next time ✨

Thank you for your help 😄 Suddenly, I have a question for you... "Igoneri" is a seaweed (locust?). Ego?) The agar containing the agar is hardened, so is it something to eat with vinegared miso?

Good evening, Mariponne! Yes, that's right! I just looked it up and it's a Sado Island gryphon and in Niigata it's called Ego! I still haven't eaten it as of today lol, I'm imagining something like sashimi konnyaku😌

Good evening, Supoyo-san 😄 I knew it! My mother-in-law is from Niigata and she used to make this every time we had a tray. I don't make it anymore... I miss it 😆 I want to go to Nespas😆 Thank you ♡

The day I opened it, I thought to myself, "I guess I'll have to let this sit for a few days before I drink it..." on the fourth day. Maybe I left it a little too long? But you were right! The bitterness I felt as soon as I opened it became mild and mellow, just the way I like it! I'm glad the pungent spiciness that seems to come up to my nose is still there. The super light, freshly opened taste is also a good thing...but it's not quite ready for me. Nanihaya's persimmon seeds also go well with it. These persimmon seeds are my favorite!

I had heard that there was a sake brewery near Mita, but I hadn't been able to find one. Today, I went to Life in Tamachi and found it on sale, so I bought it straight away! ! 1,300 yen for 290 ml. I got a little excited 😉. The first thing that comes in is a refreshing rumme-like aroma, and the first taste is a hint of sourness. The foaming sensation is even more refreshing. Then you get the sweetness and sharpness of the rice! I can feel it thickening too, if it's my imagination. This is, I wasn't expecting that much, but it's so delicious! It's psychedelic in a pleasantly disappointing way. It's unlike anything I've ever tasted before! That's what summer is all about. They use water from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Bureau of Waterworks for the preparation. Well, tap water from Tokyo's water department is surprisingly delicious, and I guess you can imagine how good it makes the sake taste. I couldn't drink the tap water in Kyoto, where I used to live, because it was so hard to drink. Wow, the potential of Tokyo's sake is amazing. So far, I've never had a bad one 👏.

I'll take my favorite flower spring, I haven't had it for a while ☺️. I didn't chill it too much today, and it was served almost at room temperature. The gorgeous sweetness is more sugary than fruity! Sweetness is the main thing, but there's a hint of acidity. It's also very alcoholic. It's mellow and delicious ✨Whenever I drink it, I think of this one. Aizu is a great place with lots of great drinks. I don't know when I'll be able to go back... I can't wait to live there.

Girls only! I thought it would be perfect for me, as I like drinks that taste like they're for girls. I thought the aroma was fruity, but I didn't expect it to be a mulberry sake (see my earlier post)! Astringent 👏 For a moment I thought it was sweet wine. The taste is fruity sourness + rice sweetness = a strange sweet and sour taste. The taste of apples, but the Aomori Apple Kingdom I drank before was more overtly apple. This one is more of an apple. It's like. The aftertaste is very nice and refreshing. Sure, it's not exactly a sake... but it's what it is! Sweeter than cider. You might want to drink it stylishly with salty cheese ☺️.

I've been curious about this one for a long time because the previous Tamang Boast was so good... I finally got to try it ✌️! There's a fluffy woody note in the aged aroma! It's very good. It reminds me of the old Shiga "mulberry wine" I used to drink (mulberry wine is delicious too!) . It tastes bitter and sharp because it contains alcohol, but it has a strong sweetness to match. It tastes like caramel. It was like nothing I've ever had before! I like this 🥰 the recommended way to drink it 🥰 says to drink it on the rocks, but it's definitely good. I'm going to try it next time I buy it.

I've made a terrible mistake at work and I'm down... but let's switch it up for the holidays anyway! So, I'm drinking at home. I'll reflect on it next week(?). It's been a long time since I've had a phantom waterfall. I'm sure I've had it before, but I can't remember the taste... but that was because this drink tasted so normal, in a good way! It has a mild aroma and taste, with a nice rice flavor, but it's also a little crisp... That's what I often refer to as a "classic sake" (probably). I like this mellowness because it's kind of like a nutty sweet. Like Mont Blanc...no, it doesn't taste like Mont Blanc, but...

In fact, it's my birthday today! We used to go out to eat every year, but that wasn't possible this year... I asked for sashimi at Silver Dish 🥰 I've been wanting to try Hidatami ever since a college friend from Sendai told me about it! I'm glad I got a chance to drink it, Andrà tutto bene means "everything will be fine". It's invigorating 💪. I had it after a glass of white wine, and it had that gorgeous aroma and strong sweetness that only sake can have, and it was wonderful! That's the only word for it (?). It's sweet, but happy to go well with sashimi. This sweetness has an alcoholic feel to it that makes it addictive. Ahhhh, good start! I feel great!

This one was recommended to me by a friend who lives in Fukuoka as "the best sake"! I've never heard of it before, but I wonder if it's famous in Fukuoka...? Take a sip and say, "Water?! I thought. The mouthfeel is very good. As I continued to drink it, I started to get a hint of gorgeous aromas, crispness and a bit of acidity. This would go well with a meal! In fact, it was very good with the mackerel in water (^-^) There's still a lot of good booze out there that I don't know about...! I hope to find more things to do in the future.

It's summer and we need to drink summer sake! So I bought this one because of the emotiveness of the label. When I was a kid, we used to go to Norikura Kogen every summer vacation. I love the blue of a mountain village in summer! The aroma and sweetness is moderate and very refreshing. It's not too strong and moderate in its sharpness. It went well with the meal - (today it was eel 🥰) and it was delicious!

It's been a long time since I've had an otter. It's too refreshing and "...! It became. There is no quirkiness at all. It's moderate and the sweetness of the good rice is noticeable. I think that's because of my experience with sake... It feels like a casual sake that can be enjoyed casually. It's probably because of the perfect balance of flavors! We're having Italian for dinner tonight, and I think this might go better than I thought... I'll give it a try ☺ ️

I bought this one at Matsuya in Ginza. Isn't the term "super special" really good? Combined with the name "Kinraku", it's an overflowing premiere. It sounds like a special day, but yes, today is just another ordinary day! It has a great balance of sharpness and rice flavor! It comes with an alcoholic and mellow taste at the same time, so "I'm drinking sake! It makes me feel like I'm in a good mood (what does that mean?). It's a bit alcoholic, but it's refreshing. I want more. Pork jerky goes very well with this dish. (I recommend the Tengu Ham from Kanazawa. It was just the right drink for a bit! Best dinner of the night.

I'm having a cold one today! The aroma isn't strong, but it has a slightly nice aroma. The sweetness, sourness and sharpness come out one after another as you drink it, and I find it to be very delicate. I like it a lot on the dry side! I love it. I wonder what the other ones are like, like the Junmai sake and all the others? I really like the 180ml bottle, not too much to drink!
