It was on special sale at Matsuya Ginza the other day, and I tasted it and it was delicious, so I bought it! It had been about 10 days since I opened it yesterday, but I don't think there was any difference in the taste compared to the freshly opened one🤔It was still refreshing and good even after a while. Went well with the sushi🍣! Glad to think I can still enjoy it.

It's December, so it's the first time this season that I've warmed up! When I took off the aluminum lid, the color was so bright that I thought, "This is heated! I was like, "This is heated! It was very good, with a heavy sweetness. It wasn't as tangy as I thought it would be. I'll be repeating this one! It's been so long since I've had hot sake that I wasn't sure what snacks to pair it with... Every year I say, "I love hot sake with ____! I've been saying that every year, but I can't remember what it is. Oden, maybe? I forgot...

It's been a while since I've been to Hibiya Shante, but there's a Shimane Prefecture antenna shop there, and I bought some grilled seahorse and this. It's delicious! It's delicious, but it should have been chilled or heated. I chilled it in the fridge... I'll go back later and rinse it. I've never had nodoguro before, but it's got an amazing umami flavor! It's a massive fish. This sake also has some weight to it, and it goes perfectly with the nodoguro!

A friend of mine who lives in Oto-machi sent it to me. No way! She didn't even tell me she was sending me one! I'm too happy about the surprise 😭. It has a sake content of +2.0, so I had it cold... (amateur's own judgment) It tastes like the clean water of Hokkaido! Mild sweetness with a little bitterness and sourness. "It has a mild sweetness with a slight bitterness and sourness. It is said to express the generous nature of the Tokachi people. It's not easy to find this sake in Tokyo.

Good evening, Susupoyo! Tokachi Sake Culture Reproduction Project! I'm sure it'll be different when you research it and drink it. It's going to be a different experience. It's not easy to find sake. I'm jealous👍.

I dropped by the Iki Iki Toyama-kan in Yurakucho, so I bought some. One of the nice things about Tokyo is that it's full of antenna shops... It has a subtle aroma and a refreshing taste that makes me drink many cups! The sweetness is just right ☺️But I'm still a beginner, so I'm not sure what the Hiyaoroshi taste is. But I'm still a beginner, I still don't know what hiyaoroshi taste is... so I'm going to drink a lot of hiyaoroshi this season and learn 💪.

Suupoyo,Good evening🌆 The good thing about Tokyo is that there are many antenna shops... I agree with you very much. I sometimes go to Toyama-kan to buy not only sake but also white yam and black yam👍.

Hi Hilacchio, good evening! I'm sorry I'm late every time 😭I've never been to Toyama-kan before, but it's full of kelp-related products! The black and white yam... I'll try it next time! I bought some kelp bread. I bought some kombu bread and it was delicious when I baked it🙆️.

I'm so glad that I've been able to take a sip and realize that it's better to leave it alone for a while. This is the same type🙆♀️The initial crispness is still there, but you can feel the sweetness spreading and it's so much more delicious! Natural Lawson has a great selection of products, including Bonon, Urakasumi, and this one. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sure you'll be able to find something that you like. I'm looking forward to exploring new places with your posts 😆.

It's summer, but recently I've been craving a sweeter taste than a crispy one, so I chose the one that seemed closest to the description on the price tag at Yamaya and bought this one. It's so good! It has a strong sweetness and a soft flavor, but it's also refreshing... This is what I've been looking for...! I'm eating Mapo Tofu right now, and it's as good as any chili I've ever had! I was under the impression that most of Niigata's sake was rather sharp, but after "Daiyomori" I found a sweet sake that changed my image a bit😊I want to go to Niigata to see Negicco ......... lol

Purchased at Nespas in Omotesando. A total label buy! Wait handsome, is this what I like? It's definitely fruity with malic acid, but it's not apple-apple-apple, which is GOOD! I think it's tangerine, I think it's banana... interesting! It's definitely something I can drink with people who don't like sake! The appetizer is "salted salmon with kanzuri". I've never had salted fish before (including squid), but it's delicious! I can't wait to put it on rice.

I love a good summer nightcap!!! My favorite season is here😍. This one was opened on the 19th and has been in the fridge for almost 2 weeks. At first it had a sharp, tart taste, but now it's a familiar taste with a bit of sweetness. Niyu is my favorite sake. The best thing about it is that it has a good sweetness! The best part is that it has a nice sweetness! (aside) Hiyayakko is my number one snack in summer, but the "leek and ginger" in the picture is really bad. Especially for those of you who like dumplings, please try it. You'll be surprised at how delicious it is. You can find it at Kaldi's!

Good evening, Susupoyo 😀. I'm curious about Ningyou too, since Fudo was delicious. The "leek and ginger" looks delicious❗️. I like to put "well and ginger" on cold tofu these days, but "leek and ginger" looks good too.

I've always wanted to try it! I gave up because I thought it would be too expensive to buy it on Rakuten, but I found it at my local Yamaya. I gave up because I thought it would be too expensive to buy it on Rakuten. The bitterness came to the fore at first, but it became milder and sweeter towards the end. Maybe it's because I chilled it in the fridge? I should have kept it at room temperature from the start... This is also delicious, but I think I prefer the regular Hana Haru.

The bottle is too cute! I love that it's 180ml😆! It's mellow at first, but not too sweet and refreshing. Today's entree was Yangnyeom Chicken, and it went pretty well! It seems to be easy to match with dishes with strong flavors. I've been wondering for a while, is it possible to have a dish that's spicy with chili peppers as a snack with sake? I hear that chili peppers make your tongue chatter and you can't taste anything! I've heard that it's a good idea, but I don't think it's something to think about too much...

I couldn't go anywhere during GW, but it was fun to have an online drinking party with my friends from university. We're all in the Kansai area, so we don't get to see each other at all anymore, but it's nice to be able to have a casual drinking party like this on line. The sake we drank online was one of the souvenirs we still had left. It's a honjozo, but it's not too alcoholic, and it's so light that it goes down like water. It's perfect for drinking while chatting. The appetizers were kiri and bitter chocolate, with the kiri being slightly better. It's interesting that it says on the bottle that you can visit the brewery. I'd love to go, I wonder if I'll be able to move around freely in November...

First post in 2021...! I stopped drinking for a while to lose weight, but today I'm finally back! That's right! I was in Fukushima for a while, so I bought this sake as a souvenir. It's been a long time since I've had sake, and it's crisp, yet mellow! This time I served it cold, but look at the back of the label! Delicious no matter how you drink it! It's wonderful! I think lukewarm heating is probably the best way to enjoy this flavor... It leaves a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth. It's another nostalgic sake flavor... I love sake! I love it!!!!

It was the perfect easy drinking sake to end the year and enjoy with the family! It has just the right amount of sweetness and sharpness. It's a shame we couldn't go out for a drink this year, but that didn't stop us from expanding our home drinking world. I wonder what next year will bring? May you find some good sake next year too! Thank you everyone for your support this year 🙇♀️!

Merry Christmas!!! ...the sake we were given at the time. The aroma and sourness is wine, but the bitterness and sweetness is sake! The sourness is a little stronger. The sourness is a little strong. It's a good combination of wine and sake. It goes well with cheese (^-^)

I bought it at Natural Lawson. It's cheaper than the Aosaka, so let's go with that! I bought it without thinking about it, but it's more delicious than I expected, super - delicious! It has a gorgeous aroma and a lovely sweetness. It has a gorgeous aroma and a lovely sweetness that reminds me that I'm a sweet drinker. It has a sweetness that is more sweet than fruity. It has a moderate alcohol feeling, which is good. I'm sure there are other types of Bonomi, I'm curious about them 🥰 This is the first time in a long time that I've thought "I don't like ates. I think it's interesting to discover the combination of sake and ate, but I also like the combination of sake and ate after all.

It was a gift (novelty). 2010, so it's 10 years old...really? It has no peculiarity at all, so it was easy to drink. The bitterness is a little strong, but basically it's easy to drink like water. The bitterness is a little strong, but it's easy to drink. I was surprised because I thought vintage has a unique flavor. I tried to heat it up in the microwave, but it didn't change the taste much. I wonder what it will be like after 10 years. I'm a little curious. The cork stopper is stylish, but it took us a few days to open the 720ml bottle, so it was a bit of a challenge (we used plastic wrap and rubber bands).

At the end of October, I went to Tochigi prefecture for a classmate's wedding. I decided to buy some local sake to take home, and I chose this one on a hunch. I thought the water would be good if it was a sawa, right? It's a very dumb reason to be like that.... Great table of drinking instructions for beginners! I had it cold. The first sip seems a bit thin, but it's somewhat satisfying. The aroma is alcohol-like. The more you drink it, the sweeter it becomes. This is delicious! Water is good after all (that's what it is). I'll keep the rest for lukewarm 🥰 Well, I like the idea of Junmai slightly dry! The crispness is good, and the balance with the sweetness is very good. I think I might prefer a slightly sweet or slightly spicy drink that isn't too shaken up.

I trust my favorite Yamaya recommendation, but this time I was defeated by the "limited to 1000 bottles" sales pitch. It's mundane...(?) It's been a long time since I've had unfiltered raw sake. The fruity feeling and the alcohol that comes with it...it's just unfiltered raw raw sake! The taste of the rice is also very nice - sweet and not so sweet ☺️. They also recommended rocking, so I did! I think the bittersweetness is more pronounced. Maybe it would be better on the rocks with a meal? Along with a can of "Chicken Skin in Miso" that I've been addicted to lately. It goes together! It's pretty liqueur-like and thick... it would be interesting to think of a new cocktail with this, though I wouldn't do it because it's a waste of money (I'm a former bartender)...

Sakuragao. When I was still in the Kansai region, I drank it in a standing bar in Kobe, and I was like, "How can sake be this good? And a drink that impressed me. But I can't remember what it tastes like...I haven't had it in a while. I see! This is perfect for a sake novice! The aroma is slight, and the first sip is very sharp, but the sweetness is mild and delicious! It's like a good mix of sweet and dry. It goes down smoothly. This time it was a little cold, but I think it would look a lot different if it were warmed up! From the posts here, it sounds like lukewarm is the way to go...I'd like to try it in earnest in the winter. By the way...I always chill my liquor in the vegetable room in the fridge, but I like it because it doesn't seem to get too cold somehow.
