I've been trying to buy Okuharima ever since I received it at an entertainment party. I've been trying to buy Okuharima ever since I was entertained by it before, and I️ bought it because it's mellow and dry and has been aged for three years.
The taste is crisp and dry, but the aftertaste is delicious with a hint of umami and lactic acid bacteria.
I'll have to try this in a heated bottle!
