Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. We compared Yumesasara and Omachi. I had a preconceived notion that Omachi would be tastier, but I found Omachi to be too strong and subtle. Yumesasara was delicious, so I bought it.

The aroma is gorgeous and pear-like 😊The rounded mouthfeel, overall mild acidity and umami 😄Great crispness that disappears quickly 😘I felt it was an easy sake to pair with a meal 🥳. The last picture is of the Japanese garden next to Himeji Castle. It was very beautiful and relaxing 🥰.

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

I hadn't had Tokushima sake yet, so I bought some at an antenna store in Yurakucho when I went to Ginza last week 😀. It's safe to say that the first time you drink a brand you've never tried before, you can try it out in a single bottle 😁. The aroma is subtle but apple ✨. It has a refreshing taste. The gentle sweetness is followed by a full flavor! The acidity is refreshing and delicious 😍. I would drink this sake again if I could find it 😊.

National Sake Fair 2025㉓ Ibaraki Prefecture⑭ Nomura Brewery in Joso city. I thought that there would be a lot of XX beauty if I look for it 🤔. There seems to be a French restaurant attached to the brewery! I found out that the regular junmai ginjo has a more classic label. This one seems to be a modern type named "Grand", so I wonder if they are making a modern label? This sake won the Platinum Award at the 2017 KURAMASTER Sake Competition Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki from Ibaraki 15.3% Sake degree +1 3000 yen Fruity and sweet but a little strange? Maybe the taste of Senhime is still in the boar's mouth😅. I forgot to take a picture, so I borrowed Nemuchi's picture.

The last one is Fusozuru. It will be served warm. The top-tasting aroma is that of thick rice. The mouthfeel is clear and the umami of rice is directly conveyed. The aftertaste has a slightly matured or aged feel to it, but I think this is what makes the umami so convincing. The finish is soft and fluffy, with a soft acidity and astringency. The image is quite dandy and austere. Fuso is an old Japanese alias, but when I think of Fuso, I think of the Mitsubishi Fuso truck or the battleship Fuso of the Imperial Navy. In the arcade game "1943," which I was addicted to when I was in junior high school, the sinking of the Fuso was the climax of the first half of the game. I like the sound of "Fuso". Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

Tonight, we decided to open a new sake once in a while, so we had this one from the Yoshikawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa Prefecture. Junmai Nigori Sake - Luxurious Aragoshi ✨✨✨✨. The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple. When you take a sip, you can feel the gasiness and acidity, but it is juicy and delicious 😋😋😋😋 When you mix the lees, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and the creaminess increases, which is also delicious 😋😋.
