This is the supernatant of Keiryu Domuroku from Endo Sake Brewery.
I really wanted to buy Domuroku, but it was the last day of my trip when I visited there and I had to return home by hand-carry 😅.
The top aroma is sweet with a soft acidity.
There are fine pieces of rice floating in the glass.
In the mouth, it has a rich rice sweetness with a hint of acidity.
It is sweet and thick.
It's like a Nagano sake.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
The third one is an old brewery about a 10-minute walk from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line.
Sake is made at a factory located a short distance away.
