Brewed by Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Domuroku Keiryuu Activated Nama Shu Junmai This sake is new to me. When I tried it, I found it to be foul tasting (@_@). Among all the nigoris I've ever had, this is definitely the best, It is definitely the best nigori I have ever had 😋😋😋😋😋😋. It's a heaven of sludge and shuwa shuwa 😂😂. Why didn't I know about this sake? I wonder why I've lived until now without knowing about this sake 😂😂. I regret it today 😭😭😭

This is the supernatant of Keiryu Domuroku from Endo Sake Brewery. I really wanted to buy Domuroku, but it was the last day of my trip when I visited there and I had to return home by hand-carry 😅. The top aroma is sweet with a soft acidity. There are fine pieces of rice floating in the glass. In the mouth, it has a rich rice sweetness with a hint of acidity. It is sweet and thick. It's like a Nagano sake. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third one is an old brewery about a 10-minute walk from Suzaka Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line. Sake is made at a factory located a short distance away.

Keiryu - Domuroku Honjozo (Active Nigori Sake) 720ml Rice: Shirakabanishiki, etc. Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 16 I dropped by the Tsuruya Obuse store on Sunday. There were about four varieties of Toyoga's fire-brewed sake here. But I bought a lot of sake, so I decided to enjoy them next time. However, I felt that I wanted to drink some active nigori for the first time in a long time, so I brought Domuroku with me. The next day, we opened the bottle. I like the little bites and grainy texture 😄.

16% alcohol. The moromi is five times the amount of regular sake, giving it a thick, thick texture similar to that of drinking yogurt. The taste is sweet and rich, but also has a crumbly, fizzy feeling from the moromi, which is totally different from the sake we usually drink. Since I have a sweet tooth, I personally prefer it, and it goes well with the mentaiko (cod roe) flavored cheese I had with it.
