It is "Iginjunsei" (酏吟純聖) Yamahai-brewed Junmai Ginjo by Mifuyu Shuzo. This junmai ginjo is made from Shiga Prefecture's Yamadanishiki rice polished to 55% and fermented at low temperatures using the Yamahai method. I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (2) Gindagawa, which I have had a cup of special honjozo or something before. Was Gintagawa sold in Niigata?
