We started with the Gold Course Taregara-mi blend alsobe.
Apparently it's a blend of 4 different types of sake.
Oden with a side of oden
It's a dangerous sake with a gentle sweetness that is typical of Shinshu sake and a bitter and astringent taste that will keep you going 😆.
I would drink this one all the time if we compare 😅
