Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu.
There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. When I asked the store staff if it was an event, he told me that they were people who had come from Ozeki's brewery open at a nearby store.
The smell of squid filled the air, and the waiter said he was sorry for the smell 🤣.
This sake is brewed with salvia yeast collected by students at an agricultural high school.
It is slightly effervescent and has a unique flavor. Sweet but cosmetic like no other aroma. A little nutty in the second half.
I thought it was a little peculiar.
After 3 days, a little bit of rum raisin taste.
Definitely tastier than freshly opened 😋.
