Heiroku Brewery layer grape
Label Hitomebore🍇💘
The label power is amazing! I wanted to try it!
There were also apple and pear, but I'll try them next time!
When I opened the bottle, I heard a nice "pop" sound.
The aroma of grapes is so refreshing!
But it might not be sweet.
It feels like a wine.
⬇Excerpt from the website⬇
The layer, which expresses the three-dimensionality of multilayered aroma, is brewed by mixing the base recipe Re:vive with any secondary ingredients such as fruits, fruit juices, and spices. Using the rich agricultural products grown in Shiwa, this free craft saké pursues a new flavor experience that is different from both sake and fruit saké.
The basic brewing method "Re:vive" is mixed with the addition of fruit juices such as Campbell's from Shiwa. In order to express the brewing theme of multilayered flavors, the fruit juices are added multiple times, combining the sake-like aroma of rice, fermented grapes, or wine-like aroma, and fruit flavors.
