It's a hard season for me as a hay fever sufferer It's getting to be a difficult season for me as a hay fever sufferer. I wanted to buy a spring-like sake with a pink bottle. Garyubai 🌸Garyubai I couldn't smell it because of my stuffy nose. It has a slight sweetness followed by a crisp I think it's more of a dry sake. I guess it's more of a dry food sake.

At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... But when I looked at it carefully, I realized it was Shizuoka sake. ‼️ It was refreshing and smooth, and although it had a sweet and alcoholic taste, it was easy to drink and the 300ml was gone in no time. ‼️ The second photo is from Atsuta Houraiken, and the third and fourth photos are from the next day's visit to the famous morning coffee shop Karasu, where I ordered an an-butter sandwich.

Drinking with my wife at Tsushima Tsuru at Metropolitan Morioka New Wing on our wedding anniversary last week (laughs). We continued with Kikunotsuka Junmai-shu (Junmai-shu is a junmai-shu made by Kikunotsuka). Kikunotsuka Yo is a summer sake in the same series. This one is a matured autumn-aged sake. It is sweet but refreshing. No sticky feeling at all. The mild taste goes well with Rishiri kelp and ebi majake. I have to get up early again tomorrow, so that's all for today. Good night. (-_-)zzz

I bought it because a liquor store in my neighborhood started handling Tajima. I was surprised at how fruity it was. It is fresh, moderately sweet, and delicious. It is a more modern sake than I expected. After drinking this after the first time, it feels more like a sake 🤔.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san. A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake. Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity.
