It's my first time drinking Shichiken raw😄.
Sweet aroma like a cake. Almost no bubbles.
The sweetness is moderate and the taste is cleaner than expected. The aftertaste is pleasantly spicy and bitter with a long finish. The finish is long and refreshing 🍎 like apples.
Sashimi is a good match, but salt is a better match than soy sauce😋.
This bottle is also only about 1,200 yen, so I guess Shichiken's cost is great👍👍.

Sparkling Japanese Sake.
It was made with a lot of time and effort by laying it down in the whiskey barrels of Suntory Hakushu Distillery.
I didn't have a chance to open the bottle after I bought it, but finally I did.
