I found this Fukushima sake at Aeon today. I was wondering if I should buy it last time I was there and didn't, but I was curious so I bought it this time. The label said it was dry, so... it's definitely spicy ☺️. It's delicious and it's only about 1,000 yen so it's easy on the pocket.

This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai. The packaging was very careful and excellent. The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. It is named after the head brewer of the Shirotaki Sake Brewery in Kouzenjosui. The color is clear and colorless. The aroma is full of fruity melon!
