We had an all-you-can-drink + bring-your-own-alcohol policy 😊.
TAMAHAGANE, which was warmed up at the end of the night.
Delicious with the sweetness and umami of the rice. ❣️
I'm glad I felt differently because I had been drinking cold sake the whole time.
I haven't had Tasake Tokusyu in a long time!
As bouken wrote, is it sweeter or darker than the old one? It seems to be sweeter or darker than before 🤔. I like sweet 🤔.
I like sweet so it was delicious...
The dishes were packed one by one like a bento, so it was easy to eat!
And they also served each of us a bowl of oden.
