There is no excessive aroma, only a subtle fruity aroma, and the clarity is high.
In the mouth, the umami and sweetness of the rice can be felt, but they disappear without lingering aftertaste. It has almost no acidity and the aftertaste is a little sharp and elegant, which always impresses me.
