It's been a while since I've had Shuho's Zhuyin 😀 I drink the fire-brewed version every year, but this might be the first time I've had the draft 🦆.
The aroma is as gorgeous as ever 🌸😊The sweetness and umami that is typical of Shu Yin spreads as you sip it 😚The taste has little bitterness and a nice sharpness from the lingering bitterness that is just right 😘.
This is the perfect sake for my tastes 👍This strong sweet and umami is still a delicious sake ✨🥳✨.
