It is easy to drink with no cloying taste, and it goes down your throat nicely ✨. I feel that there is nothing wrong with Omachi, but this sake is the most delicious Omachi sake I have ever tasted 😊.

At the tasting, I tasted a ripe LaFrance.... I was attracted by the words "Ripe LaFrance" and tasted it... I was scared 😳. This is really LaFrance 🍐! The way the aftertaste pulls away from the 🍐 is fantastic👍. Originally made by another brewery, but when they quit, Aihara Brewery took over the brewery. I heard it used to reign in the East and West with Jyushiyo (never had it...) 🤔. I don't have any experience so I can't compare, but this one is different for me personally!

Kaneizumi is another brand of Aihara Shuzo, famous for Amego no Tsuki. This white lightning bolt is a spot product. On the palate, it has an elegant and discreet mix of sweetness and acidity, with a sharp finish that cuts through with a touch of bitterness! The bitterness is a nice accent, making it a very tasty sake that goes well with the season 😋.

I bought this alcohol as a tie-in to the No.6 x type direct pass 🍶. It wasn't exactly the sake I wanted, so the bar was low, but I was surprised when I tried it: ‼️ It is one of the best tasting sakes I have ever had👍. Fruity aroma typical of daiginjo 🍌. It has a good umami taste, a nice acidity, and no bitterness 😀. I'm glad I found a good sake that I like (^...^)

Comparison of nigori sake (Wakayama's favorite nigori sake) Following Minakata, Chokyu ✌️ This is the fire-brewed version of the nigori sake we drank in February. I buy every bottle of Chokyu I see that I have never had before 😆. The first thing that surprised me when I drank it was that there was no fizziness at all 😲. The aroma is somewhat almond-like, and it's cloudy with a lot of orioles, so it's like diluted almond milk. But it also has a sourness to it, so I felt a bit unbalanced 🤔. I prefer nigori sake with a fizzy taste 😄.

Nigori Sake (Japanese rice wine) First time drinking Chokyu's nigori 😊. I always buy Chokyu when I see the new label ✌. The ori is quite a bit more and has a strong fizzy feel to it. It has a lot of umami and a hint of sweetness that is typical of Chokyu, and yet it has a clean dryness that makes it a dangerous sake that you can drink with gusto 🤭. The impression is quite similar to Hirotogawa's nigori👍 It goes well with western food, and the omelette was a nice match 😋.

[Summer sake is also berry good😂] The most memorable brand I drank last year, super kyu🥰. Don't miss out on getting a bottle of summer raw sake that's also bright! This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction. The aroma is tropical 🥭 and the flavor is perfect, with a long, sharp finish and a hint of bitterness. The umami flavor is firm, so it is easy to match with Japanese fried food 👍. Chokyu seems to have a different direction for each label, but each one has its own characteristics and they are all delicious and addictive 😍.

At home. Although it is called Hokkaido series, I compared the taste with Wakakoma for the first time. The mouthfeel is smooth, but the aroma and the feeling in the mouth is something I've never had before. It has a unique taste with a little bit of brown sugar in the mouth. I've been curious about this local Saitama sake 🍶 for a while, but never had the chance. You should read the endorsement carefully...the lid "pops" when you open the bottle. Is this a local brand of the same brewery as Hanayo-yoku? The rice is said to be Gohyakumangoku. It's a completely different brew, but it's refreshing and has a gorgeous taste. I had an image of it being classical and hard to drink, but it's a modern sake with impressive acidity. The one I drank recently that is similar is GOGO Gohashi. Gohashi has a muscat-like atmosphere, and this one has a green apple-like atmosphere.

October 31, 2023 Japanese sake and food at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City. I was served a recommended brand of dry sake. The fourth glass was Izumo Fuji Junmai Ginjo Super Dry. It was the first time for me to drink this brand. It is my first time to drink this brand, but I personally like it because of its clean and beautiful taste. I personally like it very much. I think it is the best one I have had so far. I think it was the best among all I drank this time. This is the first time I have had this brand, but I personally like it very much.
