I've always been curious about it since it was introduced on the Izakaya Shinkansen that I saw on TV.
I was waiting for my first encounter with it because it was often posted on Sake-no-wa, and I finally found it at a liquor store on my trip to Japan.
The aroma is grain-like, and in the mouth it is smooth, with a little sweetness and sourness, followed immediately by a crisp dryness, and finally a light bitterness that finishes it off. It was neither too sweet nor too dry.
I would like to enjoy it on the second day and beyond.
