(沒沒沒) ❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had my first Izumibashi today 😀. I can hardly smell the aroma 🤔I can taste the robust umami and slight sweetness on the palate 😚It's so refreshing and easy to drink 😊. It also seems to be recommended to be heated on the back, so I'm going to give it a try even though it's hot ✨. The aroma has opened up with umami aroma 😄It becomes smooth and delicious on the palate and the aftertaste is clean and disappears quickly 😋. Both were delicious 🥳.

[I like it, ferry 😆 ] I've had a couple of sake from Watarifune so far, and they're usually good 😋, with a nice balance of umami and bitterness from the gentle sweetness. I think Naminoe is a rare brand that you don't see much in Tokyo. I bought it for the first time, and I got the impression that it is moderately sweet and refreshing. The aroma in the background is a fresh melon candy type. It is more suitable for simmered dishes than sashimi👍.
