The aroma is as gorgeous as ever 🌸😊The sweetness and umami that is typical of Shu Yin spreads as you sip it 😚The taste has little bitterness and a nice sharpness from the lingering bitterness that is just right 😘. This is the perfect sake for my tastes 👍This strong sweet and umami is still a delicious sake ✨🥳✨.

(ますますます +. We had Takasago from Kiyamasa Shuzo 😀. It was completely different from Jikan. I'm not sure if I'd drink it with refrigeration, or if the aroma would be milder. No? I'm not sure if it's too acidic or not when I drink it 🤔. I didn't like it, so I heated it up and it turned into a different kind of sake. I found the heated Takasago to be delicious 😀. 2021/09/11 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Opened the bottle carefully with a little bit of crown. As soon as you open it, you can smell the fresh aroma of lactic acid. A gentle refreshing sweetness and then a dry feeling comes. It is a type of beer that can be drunk crisply until the end. Thanks to the low alcohol and strong carbonation It's so refreshing that I couldn't stop sipping it.

Toyokuni for a very long time. I didn't write it down, but they said it was bag-hung. It has a juicy flavor with a gentle sweetness that is very drinkable. This time I bought it at a tasting sale at a department store, but there are not many liquor stores in Kansai that carry it... Nakamura Sake-ten in Amagasaki or Youmeikan in Yokozutsumi? It tastes sweeter when it is taken out of the refrigerator and brought to room temperature.

Various summer liquors are now available. This time it was Fengkoku's summer sake. It was sunny this afternoon and the weather recovered, so I opened a bottle that had been well chilled in the refrigerator. It is a light nigori (light cloudy) sake. The label is white and empty on the surface, but when you shine a light on it from behind, a starry sky appears on the label. When the lees are mixed in, it looks foggy, and when the lees settle, it looks like a star-filled sky (Milky Way). At first it is too cold to smell much. The mouthfeel is light, and although it feels spicy on the throat, it has a light sweetness, followed by a grefle-like bitterness and a leesiness that is also combined with the flavor. The bitterness is pleasant and crisp, making it a delicious summer sake. Although it is a Fukushima sake, it is not too amateurish and can be drunk without hesitation.

I had my first bottle of Shinshin in spring and it was delicious! I was able to get a bottle of Shinshin's summer sake, and I immediately opened it 😋. Slightly sweet and refreshing taste like summer sake🤣. It's as refreshing as the label says and perfect for a hot day like today 👍 thanks for the drink❗️

As understood from the label, it is an original label of Hotel Epinar Nasu that probably exists in Nasu Kogen. The aroma is like a picture of green apples🍏. I drank it with cold sake, but it was a little sweet and very refreshing. It is easy to drink because there is no spiciness of alcohol. [What a firm Machida 😆]. Machida Brewery's customary specs undisclosed items. The pear 🍐-like aroma, slight fizziness, sweet and fruity attack, and pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, the Machida Brewery's characteristics are still intact. It has a gorgeous taste, and I don't have the palate to comment on the differences from the Machida Brewery in my memory😅.
