This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! Mie Sake Enjoyment Party (3) The booth of Iseman & Okagesama Co. I have never seen this brand in Osaka. That's no wonder, as they do not sell their products outside of Ise-Shima. The brewery originally made shochu (distilled spirit), and now they also make whiskey and gin by utilizing their distilling technology, but the amount of sake they make is very small. The brewery is located on the OHARAIMACHI street of the Inner Shrine of Ise, and tastings are available. Whisky and other spirits are made at the head office in Ise City. ◉Okagesama Junmai Ginjo Kami no Ho A very good sake, with a rich, sweet rice flavor and a lingering bitter and astringent finish. ◉Okagesama Daiginjo A little dry. The taste is quite refreshing, with a slight bitterness on the finish. ◉Okagesama Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is sweet and sour. This is my favorite type. I remember that bouken-san had been to the brewery before. When I told him that I came from Osaka, he was surprised and told me a lot of stories, so I decided to go with that strategy.
