This is a seasonal sake. We have had the Amago no Tsuki before, but the unfiltered unpasteurized Omachi was excellent. It is a good sake with a soft sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth and a refreshing aftertaste. I would love to buy this sake again if it were on sale.
Mimurosugi's spring limited edition sake. It has a sweet, slightly carbonated, refreshing taste, and a sweet, fruity aroma.
We drank it in a hiya and it was empty in no time. It's a great sake that I hope to encounter again next spring.
Type N from the Zak's Impressions series was a well-balanced sake with sweetness and slight carbonation acidity. This series is a winner even if you drink it ♪
This is also a good sake. After the refreshing sweetness, a light acidity finishes off the sake, making it a very good sake. It goes well with sashimi.
This is the impression series of the red Zaku, Enochi. It was a delicious sake with a light foam and sweet taste. As a personal preference, I thought the Impression G was better because it had a more refreshing feel.
It was a very tasty sake with a sweet aroma and sharp taste in slight carbonation. It was a very nice sake made directly from Gennochi. If there is another one, I would love to drink it again.
