Second time drinking at home, first time sweet and great! The first time we drank it at home, it was sweet and great! I think it may be due to the storage conditions, but when I drank it today, I found it to be a slightly bitter sake with a sour taste. I think it is common for the taste of sake to change even though it is the exact same sake. Why is this? If anyone has any insight, please let me know 🥲.

It may be softly sweet, but a slight tingling sensation seems to prevail. The umami (flavor?) is more than enough to make it drinkable, in my opinion. My personal impression is that it is drinkable because it has more umami. Flavor is not detectable. 980 yen/100ml

Sour water. That's all. It was like that. If I had to say so, I would say that it has a sourness with a juice feeling, not a sourness that makes you tremble, and it has a mild sourness that is easier to drink than ponzu vinegar. Moderately sweet, with a strong schwashiness, and a slight melon flavor. Slight bitterness at the end. It is the most delicious sake! However, the cospa is a charm because it is a hard-to-find sake. When it gets lukewarm, it loses its schwashiness and becomes even sweeter! The best! @1880 yen/100ml
