A couple of bottles from outside drinking.
Tenyumi, a sake from Yamagata.
It seems to be made by malolactic fermentation, so it has a winey feeling. I have a very limited knowledge of wine 😅.
I was impressed by its mild acidity and clean taste.

I also learned about this sake from Sake-no-wa and would like to try it someday, but I don't think I'll be able to find it 😅.

Good evening, ma-ki-😃I, too, have never encountered Tenyumi at a store sale. It's a very well-balanced sake with a perfectly refreshing acidic aftertaste, just the type of sake I like😍.
