Purchased at Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza. This is the first brand I have ever had. Chill it and drink it after taking a bath. A sharp aroma of rice. Aromatic sweetness of rice with depth. It was quite a rare taste.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

The price is too good to be true, so it is understandable that it is sold out. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Gohyakumangoku This one was tasted at room temperature, not chilled. I've heard that if you chill it too much, it becomes too crisp and blurred in flavor. The acidity is refreshing and not too dry. Takeoka Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki The nose is sweet from the first whiff. I prefer Sou-no-Mai or Omachi, which are more sweet and tasty. Takeoka Junmai Daiginjo Omachi Fruity, rich, sweet and delicious. I like this one, but it's not my favorite type. This is my favorite type, but it is a bit on the pricey side. I hear there are no places to buy it in the Kansai region. It is only available at product exhibitions, product centers, and antenna stores.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Ryu-boiling, another brand of Shuyooshi, 10th anniversary sake: ㊗️ I found a good commemorative sake 😁. Seri salad and jumbo meat yakisai! Fill it up with Ryu-boiling 💕. Shuyooshi is for a food sake, but Ryu-Boing is a sake that can be drunk by itself. This commemorative sake is made entirely from Momota, Akita's new sake rice! Gorgeous aroma with a hint of sweetness: ❣️ The full-bodied rice flavor of Momota is a nice touch 🎶. To top it off, there is also a sense of heaviness that gives a sense of a man's sake that comes slowly to a Hidariyoshi-like body (lol). And then...! 700 check-ins 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Akita Sake 200 check-ins🌾🌾🌾. **Banzai‼️ Achieved at the last round of drinking with Chichi and Eririn㊗️🎉 (I didn't realize it that day💦thought it was about time😅) With this, the party was over 😊. Chichi went to Hirosaki via Goshogawara on the Gono-Line the next day Eririn went to Akita the next day to do her New Year's shopping before heading home. Thank you both for a wonderful time <(_ _)>.

6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.
