This time I found this one on sale at the drugstore! My favorite Shizenigo! I was intrigued by the word "dry" and bought it. The aroma is apple-like, which is typical of Shizenigo. It has a fruity aroma even though it is a honjozo. The sweetness is moderate, and the bitter sourness comes through with a nice crispness. It is perfect as a mid-meal sake. It is a sake that accompanies and does not interfere with meals. I was impressed that such a sake is sold at drugstores! I realized once again the high level of Fukushima sake.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! The other "Hodashi" is made with Kitashizuku and they are offering a sake that will make the people of Hokkaido happy 🎵Sounds great ✨. Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it I drink it cold. Clear and colorless It has a full flavor in the mouth. The flavor spreads slowly. Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi. It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself. The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.
