Sweet rosé wine
Sweet aroma, smooth attack. Lightly sweet on the palate, light on the mouthfeel. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
The color of the sake is said to be made from ancient rice.
It has a sweetness that is not typical of sake, but it is very refreshing, so it goes well with sasazuke (small sea bream) 😋.
