Snow Komachi🤗 I had never seen or heard of this sake before, but this is the first time I've had it 🤗. Lately, hiyaoroshi sake is coming out one after another 🍶. It was so hot that it melted today, but already autumn sake...😔. I guess it's the effect of global warming, but I feel uncomfortable with the sense of season....... LOL! But when I see autumn leaves patterned label 🍁, I buy it 😆. Junmai Daiginjo for 1,800 yen ⁉️ is very cosy 👍🏼. The taste is... beautifully dry ‼️ lol Not too much sweetness, not too much aroma, not too much acidity, not too much alcohol...that's too much! So it was beautifully dry 🍶🍶.

Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. I bought some salted sea urchin, which is a perfect match for sake, but is usually hard to find. The taste was so agonizing that it made me want to drink more sake. I think if I recommend [salted sea urchin] to people outside of the prefecture, they will be puzzled how to eat it 🤔.

This month we had a lot of drinking outside, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home! I got a bottle of summer sake "Kashoku", which is rarely seen even in my hometown, because there was some left at the liquor store! The mouthfeel is sweet with a refreshing acidity, and the mellow aroma lingers until the end. It seems that more emphasis is placed on the mellow aroma than on the refreshing taste! Although it is a summer sake, it is a perfect bottle for long nights in autumn. I felt it has the potential to be as good as many dishes in the autumn season of taste.

@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... Yesterday, I went to my favorite izakaya "我" ♡♡♡. I drank a variety of drinks in the all-you-can-drink 1 hour 1500 yen (*^^*) It was crowded, so I couldn't order at a high pitch, so I could only drink 9 kinds out of the 20 or so available...(-_-...) The 6th drink was "Miho". Oroku" and "Gassan" are the most famous sake from Shimane, so I haven't had many of the others. It has a strong sense of rice, but it's not mellow or fruity. I'm sure you'll love it. *I love it!
