I drank Handa Go after reading the comments from others. It does have a yogurt-like mouthfeel, but afterwards it feels like water and is easy to drink. It is not mellow and goes well with Yamachan's spicy food!

Here's the sake, a big issue 馽(hodashi). It has a cool and refreshing taste. I wondered if it would go well with gibier dishes, Ezo-shika deer has no smell at all and is tender and delicious🤣. The combination made us groan ✨.

The 5th Sagajo Shoten Presents at the 5th Bishushu Raku Kushan Shokai 😃. We were honored to have the opportunity to visit the Umaue Sake Brewery in Hiroshima ❗It's a rare sake to drink, and we had to have another one 😉. So this one is made with Ginpu! Enjoy cheap sushi at Totoro, a popular standing sushi bar under the elevated railway tracks of Himeji Station. Although it is a stand-up style sushi bar, there is always a long line of customers because of the high quality of the food. Since I was there, I asked for a local sake, Yaegaki. It was not sweet, but it was not dry either. It was about medium spicy. I am not talking about curry. I had it cold, but I feel it is all-around good at room temperature or hot. It's great for a kotteri type of stuff.

Souvenirs from Shinshin SY Among several souvenirs, I chose this one intuitively by looking at the label. He brought three four-packs of sake as a souvenir, which is a generous gesture for a business traveler who travels all over the country. I would never have been able to do such a thing with my own pocketbook. When I pour it into the cup, it is more yellow than I expected! Is this a matured type? The aroma is slightly fruity, but has a bitter, mature aroma. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, with a light sweetness and bitterness, and a moderate umami, but the maturing aroma in the aftertaste is unique. The light sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste are quite a tricky thing to pull off. This strange taste is not one of my favorites, but it is something that makes me want to drink it again. It reminds me of that strange feeling I had in junior high school when I used to prank cigarettes behind my back. It's a treat!

Sake meter degree +2, acidity 1.8 (reference) Fat 5/7, opened 5/23 I wanted to drink a dry sake from Kochi and was attracted by the label that looked like a pattern of playing cards I used to have at my parents' house 🤣. The brand "Bishio" is a new brand that started in 2014. It is one of the Junmai Ginjo series that is based on the concept of "elegant sweetness reminiscent of honey" and is part of a trilogy that includes "Kitashizuku", "Gin no Yume", and "Omachi". The aroma is almost imperceptible after opening the bottle. In the mouth, it has a fruity, fruity aroma and flavor, but at the same time, the alcohol is very strong. The acidity is moderate and not harsh. The acidity is not too strong, but it's more spicy and tingling than the number 😅. I tried to drink it after 4 days, which is unusual for me, but although the mouthfeel got better, the strong alcohol feeling didn't go away. The aftertaste is light, so it would be classified as light-dry. It's like a Tosa sake in that respect 😊. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and was disappointing 😅. Oh! Maybe I should have tried heating it up 🤔.

CWS. I've been interested in Shiro-Ko for a while, so I bought it at Edion along with the Tazake zodiac label. Low alcohol. The aroma has a strong alcohol smell. Slightly effervescent and gentle on the palate. Slightly sweet and slightly sour. Mineral taste. It disappears and disappears quickly. As it says, you can drink it forever.
